Quick Tortilla cracker recipes

For Flour Tortilla crackers:

1.Cut flour tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
2. Lightly spray the tortilla shapes with water or vegetable spray.
3. Sprinkle seasoning over the tortillas.
4. Put into a COLD oven, then turn the oven onto 375 degrees F. When the oven reaches 375 degrees F your crackers will be done. You can also do this with Pita bread.

For Corn Tortilla crackers:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Then follow steps 1-3 listed above. Bake the crackers for 10 minutes, or until brown and crispy.

Suggested seasonings for your crackers: chili powder, dry onion soup mix, creole seasoning, Greek seasoning, Italian seasoning, etc.
